The Board of Directors of 电话este Corporation has established a Personnel and 报酬 Committee to assist the Board of Directors in matters pertaining to the personnel and remuneration.
The Board of Directors of 电话este Corporation, which convened after the Annual General Meeting 11 April, 2024 elected Kai 电话anne as Chairman and Anni Ronkainen and Timo Luukkainen as members of the Personnel and 报酬 Committee.
The purpose of the Committee is to contribute to the development and allocation of 电话este’s strategically important capabilities and human resources and to provide the Board of Directors with relevant information on the current state of the employees and future objectives.
The Personnel and 报酬 Committee does not have an independent decision-making power, but it is a preparatory body. The Board of Directors makes the decisions within its competence collectively.
